Shipping & Return Policy

RETURN POLICY DOMESTIC

HASSLE FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality product and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund if the item(s) are unworn with original tags attached.

MAKING A RETURN:

  • Locate your Return Form (bottom half of your invoice) and mark the items that you are returning. If you don’t have your Return Form, please include a printed copy of your email order confirmation.
  • Package your return item(s) and completed return form You may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Please make sure that your return is shipped to: #102 - 10114 McDonald Park Rd, North Saanich, BC V8L 5X8

Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for your original purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.

QUICK EXCHANGE:

Need a different item? Place a new order for your exchange item(s) and return your old item. You will be billed at the time of your new order and we will process your refund once we receive your return. To send in your return, please follow the return instructions above. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your package.

RETURN POLICY INTERNATIONAL

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@jaylynjewellers.com or during business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM PST at 1-877-681-2979. A return authorization (RA) number is required to initiate a return, exchange, or refund of the full purchase price. Returns, exchanges or refunds are subject to the below policy conditions.

RETURNS:

  • Must be returned to Jaylyn Jewellers within 30 days of the original purchase date 
  • Product must be unworn and in an unaltered, salable condition with tags attached
  • By law, the product must be sent back clean 
  • All returns must be associated with an RA number. Items returned without an RA number included will not be accepted. Please contact customer service for an RA number. 

REPLACEMENT ORDER/RETURN:

  • Must be returned to Jaylyn Jewellers within 30 days of the original purchase date 
  • Product must be unworn and in an unaltered, salable condition with tags attached
  • By law, product must be sent back clean

To account for changes in inventory, the return/replacement process is executed in two steps:

  1.  A new order is placed for the desired merchandise and a charge to your credit card or other desired payment method of choice is processed. You will receive an Order Confirmation email when the new order is placed.
  2. Authorized return merchandise is accepted, processed, and a credit of the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
  3. Because item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received, we highly recommend placing a new order as soon as possible.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically ship out within 2-3 Business days (not including weekends or Canadian Holidays) from the day they are placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You may track your package by entering your tracking number into Google.

STANDARD CANADIAN SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is selected for Canada, Jaylyn Jewellers will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: Canadian Postal Service, or FedEx.

TWO DAY: Fed-Ex 2-day is available for Canadian orders placed before 10:30 A.M. PST will ship out the same day and deliver on the second business day. Orders placed after 10:30 A.M. will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or Canadian Holidays). Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses.

FEDEX NEXT BUSINESS DAY: When shipping Overnight/FedEx Next Business Day, orders placed before 10:30 A.M. PST will ship out the same day and deliver on the next business day. Orders placed after 10:30 A.M. will not ship out until the next business day (business days do not include weekends or Canadian Holidays). Delivery is not available to PO Box addresses. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the province the order is being shipped to. As these policies change and additional details become available, we will update this page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All prices are listed in CND dollars. Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices, and any customs fees assessed by your country will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees are collected by the local government and are not charged by us, please contact your local customs office for more information regarding these possible fees. All prices are listed in CND dollars. Please note that our rates for international shipping do not include any applicable duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duties or taxes upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or taxes.
