Step-by-step process for selling your diamonds and gold

  1. Fill out the form with your details. Please include all requested information. Additionally, we would like to see a current picture of your items and any documentation about your jewellery you might have. For example: a grade certificate, appraisal, or receipt with stone specifications. Keep in mind we only purchase diamonds that are 0.10 carats or larger. We will respond whether we are interested in seeing your products. For any questions you might have please refer to our FAQs below.
  2. Package and send your items
  3. Skype or call while your package is being opened
  4. We will clean and grade your stones
  5. You will receive an emailed quote
  6. Deciding to sell
  7. Send us your government photo ID if you decide to sell your items (please refer to our FAQs below to understand why we legally require this information)
  8. If you decide not to sell, we will return your items within 5 business days
  9. If you decide to sell, we will send payment in the form of an email money transfer or cheque at your choice
